Your first session is a full assessment. We discuss your history, your symptoms, and your current situation. We go through pulse diagnosis, consider any medical picture in play, and assess your range of movement and physical capacity.
This isn't a form or a checklist. It's a proper conversation — the kind where what matters actually gets said.
Approximately 60–90 minutes
From the assessment, Liam designs a practice built specifically for you. Not a generic programme adapted to your name — a practice that reflects your body, your situation, and what you need right now.
Two sessions per day: approximately thirty minutes each, morning and evening. Breath, movement, and mindfulness in a sequence that is clean, simple, and immediately doable.
Most people are surprised by how manageable it is. After everything they've been through, receiving something this clear is a different experience.
Personalised morning & evening sequences
Your first follow-up is two weeks after the initial assessment. That gives your body time to respond before we reassess and refine. From there, the practice evolves with you.

Comfortable clothing. An open mind. And whatever you've been carrying — you don't need to have it sorted out before you arrive.
