About
Liam Sinnott is a yoga therapist based in Newcastle, Australia, specialising in fertility support and reproductive health. He trained directly under Dr N Chandrasekaran — one of the world's most respected practitioners in the field — spending extended time in his clinic in Chennai, India.
Liam's path to this work began with a personal search. Yoga, and then the deeper study of yoga therapy, opened something he hadn't found anywhere else — a genuinely coherent way to understand how the body works, and what it needs to heal.
That understanding is central to how he works. He isn't applying a methodology from the outside. He's been living with it for over twenty years. There's a difference — people feel it in a session.
Liam trained personally with Dr N Chandrasekaran, a globally recognised yoga therapist who has treated over ten thousand patients. Dr Chandrasekaran practises in Chennai, India, and works in Australia. Liam's training was direct apprenticeship — time in the clinic, learning from the source.
This is not a weekend certification. It is the kind of formation that only comes from working alongside someone at the highest level of their field.
Liam works one-on-one. Every assessment is thorough — covering symptoms and history, pulse diagnosis, alignment with any existing medical picture, and a physical assessment of range of movement and capacity. From that, he builds a practice specific to you.
He's warm in the room and precise in the work. He listens before he speaks. The first thing he does in a session isn't clinical — it's human. People arrive carrying a lot. Being genuinely met before anything else is part of the work.
Liam's foundational belief is simple: everything that has developed from within can be healed from within — if you understand the tools and know how to apply them.
The body is not broken. It is blocked, or unheard, or overwhelmed. The job of the therapist is to understand the tools well enough to help the body do what it already knows how to do.
